CBS News dates the Colorado cellphone footage in its roundup to October 2023, but that summary is not a case-by-case chronology. The department's LLE-UAP-D004 transcript explicitly dates its associated LLE-UAP-PR004 video to January 2024. The October date cannot be applied to all four Colorado records.
