Before there was war, there was fire.

And then there are super volcanoes. Yellowstone, Toba, Talpo, Campy, Flegre. These aren't just mountains. They're pressure cookers. And every 100,000 years or so, one of them explodes with a power that rewrites the sky. We found ash layers thousands of kilometers away. dead zones, glacial triggers, mass extinction.

Ancient Echoes

The Navajo spoke of changing woman who warned that fire spirits rise when balance is broken. The Hindus told of the world ending in flame, a cycle of purification. And the fire that fell on Sodom, not war, but the earth itself. A super volcano doesn't erupt upward. It collapses. The ground falls inward. A roof of land caves into an empty magma chamber. And then ash, darkness, famine worldwide. The Yellowstone Caldera alone could cover half the United States in ash. Flight paths would shut down, crops would die, and sunlight would fade. The Earth is older than Empires. It does not rage. It releases. And all it needs is a tectonic twitch, a hydraological shift, or time.

The Unfolding

Scientists monitor pressure, gas emissions, seismic swarms, but they admit we may get no warning. No lava rivers, no glowing skies, just silence, then collapse.
